Advanced Lighting Terms

Cookie, Cucoloris - an item placed in front of a light to create patterned shadows. can use an object cookie to break up light into rays.

 

Volumetric Light - an effect light that shows particles in the air. (In Blender this effect is a 2D hack that takes place in the camera and not a true volumetric shader.)
